  • New vibration or rattling from the fan or pipe.

  • Glance at the manometer every month or two to confirm the columns are still offset.
  • Keep the fan and the exhaust point clear of obstructions.
  • Retest your home for radon about every two years, and after any major foundation or HVAC change.
  • Service the fan if the manometer shows no pressure difference or a retest comes back elevated.
